TOCICO Certified Implementer

TOC practitioners who wish to embark on the TOCICO Certification journey should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fundamentals Exam

Candidates register to sit for the Fundamentals Exam which is an entry requirement for any of the TOCICO Application Exams. Candidates do not have to be members of TOCICO to register. Those candidates who pass will receive a "TOCICO Certificate of Achievement". This is NOT a TOCICO certification, but recognition for passing the entry exam.

Step 2: Application Exam

Those candidates who have passed the Fundamentals Exam will be invited to register for an Application Exam. On passing the Application Exam, one must sign the TOCICO Ethics Code and register online to become a member of TOCICO before receiving the TOCICO Certified Practitioner Certificate and Certification. This achievement will be published on TOCICO website.

Step 3: Case Study Submission

Those who pass one of the TOCICO Application Exams will be invited to submit a Case Study within 24 months of passing the exam. If the case study is approved, candidates will receive a TOCICO Certified Implementer Certificate and Certification Status (which will be published on TOCICO website). To receive this certification, you must be a TOCICO member.

Fast Track Alternative

There is still a fast track option; submissions will only be accepted if the candidate can provide evidence of his/her experience in leading and/or participating in more than one TOC implementation. They can go directly to case study submission. The candidate's track record will be carefully evaluated before he /she is invited to submit.
