Organisational Diagnostics

An in-depth understanding of the individual personality and behaviour traits, leadership styles and
team behaviours of a workforce is highly valuable in helping to determine both where an organisation
stands now and how it should plan for its future development. A diagnostic assessment can also be used
as the springboard for a detailed Personal Focus analysis or as
the starting point for a full Organisational Focus project.
We use the appropriate diagnostic tools according to the preferences of our clients and in the context
of the added value such instruments provide to the change or challenge being faced. These are not a
substitute for the quality of thinking, feeling and intuition that the people within the organisation
already possess. Nor are they used to judge or categorise people without ongoing honest communication,
discussion and feedback. We have personal expertise in the use of many of these tools, can resource
proprietary tools that you prefer and align our approach to specialised 360 or 580 processes that you
adopt.
