If you would like to to be added to the Forum Mailing List and be kept up to date with our Newsletters, please contact us by telephone or email.

We will acknowledge your request as soon as possible, and look forward to hearing from you.

Keeping pace with developments in the world that relate to TOC and Lean is not an easy task. How do we find out about success stories? How do we find out about the problems and issues of implementing either of these two approaches? Where can we find out who else is trying to gain advantage by using them to improve the bottom-line? Where can we find sources of information and seminars etc that promote best practice in a way that we can both understand and implement?

Well, we are not saying that the TOC-Lean Forum will do all of these things but hopefully it is a location for finding out about what others are doing. It is a place where you can find research papers, discussion documents, case studies and information about briefings and seminars of interest.

You don’t have to pay to be on the list. You can come off at any time. You only have to access what you need, attend what you want to attend. It is not a chat room with loads of unedited, and often uninformed opinion masquerading as fact, it is simply a source of information about what is going on in the world of TOC and Lean. Regular newsletters will be sent to members; past Newsletters can be accessed via our Newsletter Archive.

If you have a question send it in and we will try to answer it, and if we cannot we will find someone who can. And if no-one can…………!!

If you want to see how well you are performing with respect to Lean then why not try the Lean Scorecard, provided by Infor, and see how you shape up. Please contact us and we will send you the Scorecard spreadsheet.

If you would like to have a chat about a key topic then call, talking is free! If you wish to visit us then you are more than welcome, just let us know when you are coming. If you prefer that we visit you then that too is part of the service: anything that helps to promote the wider understanding and use of TOC-Lean is good for us, good for industry, good for you, and therefore good for general economic growth!
