The TOC-Lean approach has been developed over the past few years into one of the most powerful
combinations of major tools and techniques, and when combined with a ruthless approach to the
eradication of defects through techniques such as Six Sigma the effects are dramatic. Using the focusing
approach known as the Five Focusing Steps, any flow system can be
analysed and through the identification of the constraint, improved. Problems affecting flow are
addressed through the use of Lean and Six Sigma tools, thus ensuring that flow is not only maintained,
but enhanced.

logical Thinking Process tools which enable the user to get to the core of any business issue. Their use
brings powerful focus to the issues of problem solving and decision making and allows people to lead
with confidence.
